Privacy Policy for Stronger365

1. Summary

Stronger365 is designed with an offline-first core.

You can use the main workout tracking features without creating an account. Core features such as routines, exercises, workout history, progress data, weekly streaks, app preferences, and customization settings are stored locally on your device.

Stronger365 is not built around a social feed. Sharing features, such as Stronger This Week summaries or QR routine sharing, are controlled by you.

2. Information stored on your device

When you use Stronger365, the app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Routines and training splits
• Exercises and muscle groups
• Workout history
• Sets, reps, weights, warmups, timers, and rest settings
• Personal records and progress metrics
• Weekly goals, streaks, and workout calendar data
• Body weight entries, if you choose to add them
• App preferences such as theme, accent color, and language
• Backup or import data that you choose to create or restore

This information is used to provide the app's core functionality, including workout logging, progress tracking, smart suggestions, editable warmups, routine management, streaks, and weekly summaries.

3. Account and internet connection

Stronger365 does not require an account for the core workout tracking experience.

The core workout tracker is designed to work offline. You can log workouts, use routines, review progress, and access your main training data without an internet connection.

In the future, Stronger365 may offer optional connected features, such as accounts, sync, or cloud-based services. If those features are added, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are used.

4. Information we collect

In the current version of Stronger365, we do not collect your workout history, routines, exercises, body weight entries, progress data, or personal records on our servers.

The app does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs or a social feed.

If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is used.

5. Permissions

Stronger365 may request certain device permissions to support app features.

Notifications

The app may request notification permission to show workout-related reminders, such as rest timer alerts. These notifications are used for app functionality.

Camera

The app may request camera access to scan QR codes for routine sharing or importing.

Photos or media

The app may request access to photos or media if you choose to import a QR image from your gallery, save an exported image, save a weekly summary, or use a backup/import feature.

These permissions are used only for the feature you choose to use.

6. Stronger This Week

Stronger This Week is a weekly training summary that you can preview, download, and share.

The summary may include training information such as workouts completed, weekly goal progress, PRs, streaks, focus muscles, training time, and top achievements.

Stronger365 does not post this summary automatically. You decide whether to save it, download it, or share it through other apps.

When you share a summary through another app or platform, that app or platform may process the shared image or content according to its own privacy policy.

7. QR routine sharing

Stronger365 allows you to export and import routines using QR codes.

A QR code may contain routine information such as the routine name, exercises, sets, reps, rest settings, and related structure needed to recreate the routine.

Only share QR codes with people you trust. Anyone with access to the QR code may be able to import the routine data contained in it.

8. Backups, exports, and imports

Stronger365 may allow you to export or import app data for backup, transfer, or demo purposes.

Exported files are controlled by you. If you save, send, upload, or share an exported file outside the app, that file may be handled by the app, service, or person you share it with.

You are responsible for keeping exported backup files safe.

9. Website information

When you visit the Stronger365 website, basic technical information may be processed by our website hosting and analytics providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from network information, and timestamps.

This information is used for website delivery, security, diagnostics, performance, analytics, and understanding how visitors use the website.

Website analytics do not mean that the Stronger365 mobile app collects your workout history, routines, body weight entries, progress data, or personal records on our servers.

If the website later adds forms, email collection, cookies, advertising pixels, or similar tools, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how those tools work.

10. Third-party services

Stronger365 may link to third-party services, such as Instagram, Google Play, or the Apple App Store.

If you open or use those third-party services, their own privacy policies apply. Stronger365 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, stores, or platforms.

11. Data sharing

In the current version, Stronger365 does not sell your personal data.

Stronger365 does not share your local workout data with advertisers or social networks.

Data may be shared only when:

• You choose to export, download, or share it
• You use a third-party app or platform to share content
• It is necessary to comply with applicable laws, legal requests, or security requirements
• Future optional connected features are added and described in an updated version of this Privacy Policy

12. Data deletion

Because the core app data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by removing the app's backup file from your device, deleting exported files you created, or uninstalling the app.

Some data may remain in device backups, exported files, screenshots, shared files, or third-party services if you created or shared them outside Stronger365.

13. Security

We aim to design Stronger365 with privacy and security in mind.

Because the core app works locally, you are responsible for protecting access to your device and any exported backup files or shared summaries you create.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children's privacy

Stronger365 is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through Stronger365 or related services, contact us so we can review the situation.

15. International users

Stronger365 may be used in different countries. Privacy laws may vary depending on where you live.

If future connected features are added, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain any relevant data processing, storage, or transfer practices.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
